System working principle:

When the oiler receives the signal from the controller, it switches on the power supply and starts to work. The main oil pipe gradually boosts the pressure and instill oil into the distributor. The pressure oil in the lower chamber of the DG distributor gradually pushes the piston up to overcome the spring force, and at the same time, the oil stored in the upper chamber is discharged outward. In the system, all the DG distributor pistons move to the end point, that is, the DG distributor is finished pumping oil. If the oiler continues to pump oil, the working pressure rises, and the pressure oil returns to the tank through the safety valve.

The oiler stops supplying oil, and the oil in the main tubing returns to the oil through the unloading valve. When the system pressure drops, the piston in the distributor begins to recover under the action of the spring. When the umbrella valve returns to close the oil inlet of the distributor, the piston will press the lubricating oil stored in the lower chamber to the upper chamber through the small hole of the core rod. At the same time, the next oil supply is ready to enter the next cycle.
